MDi makes it possible to create surfaces of remarkable beauty. Full-body technology allows the mineral powders to be decorated while still dry, creating unique depth and movement throughout the surface. The precision of the high-resolution stone textures is immediately apparent and impressively enhances the tactile experience of MDi surfaces.

Unlike conventional industry pressing methods, slab designs produced using the Digital Texture process are enhanced with digitally applied glazes. This creates unique textures with a matt appearance while reducing unwanted light reflections.

Wear-resistant:
MDi surfaces are extremely durable and ideally suited for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Scratch- and impact-resistant:
MDi is highly resistant to scratches and impacts caused by everyday objects.

Frost-resistant:
With water absorption of less than 0.1%, MDi is ideally suited for outdoor environments exposed to freezing temperatures.

Heat-resistant:
MDi is fire-resistant and does not release harmful substances in the event of a fire. Hot objects can be placed directly on the surface without causing damage.

UV-resistant:
MDi retains its colour even when exposed to intense sunlight.

Easy to clean:
No special care products are required. Stains can be easily removed with water or conventional cleaning agents.

Stain-resistant:
MDi is resistant to common household chemicals, provided that stains are removed within 24 hours.

Hygienic:
Thanks to its non-porous surface, MDi is ideally suited for direct contact with food, as it helps prevent the growth of bacteria and mould.
